Home Inspections
Depending on the size of the home we are inspecting will determine the price you will pay for the inspection. Factors such as age of home, square footage and amount of rooms will determine the amount of time needed to inspect. typically you can expect roughly 2 hours from start to finish.
A good inspector will do his or her level best to determine the condition of the home and to report it accurately.
The inspector's ability to find all defects is limited by access to various parts of the property, lack of information about the property and many other factors.

Water testing
Dependent upon what specific testing your looking for, water samples can be taken during the inspection and sent to a lab for results. Once the lab is complete the results will be emialed back within a couple days time.
The report that is issued is an opinion as to the condition of the home. This opinion is arrived at by the best technical methods available to the home inspection industry.
